Master of the mining carts, Wabon is charismatic and commands a great deal of respect. There is no real social hierarchy among the cave dwarves, other then the relationship between master and apprentice. However, Wabon is often thought of as a dwarven leader because the other dwarves listen to him.
Wabon, despite his fiery temprament, can actually be quite calm. When the Prince and Miakis try to get to Sauronix Castle underground, Wabon asks the Prince very calmly if he was the human responsible for murdering dwarves.
Wabon’s specialty is mining carts. His carts can take passengers as far west as Sauronix Castle, or other places like the Ceras Lake Ruins and Yashuna Village. Wabon is proud and possessive of his carts. He brags about it when the Prince and Miakis show up to travel underground and visit Craig Laden undetected, and similarly flies into a rampage when a Nether Gate assassin destroys it. After this fight, Wabon decides he’ll join the Prince’s forces to prevent Godwin from exterminating the dwarves.
Wabon is master to Dongo, and constantly had Dongo making nails for the tracks when Dongo wanted to make weapons. Wabon doesn’t hesitate to physically reprimand his pupil. He clashes with Babbage and Levi over methods of teaching: upholding the belief that an apprentice is not a maid, and neither is merely showing one’s talents to another. - Matt 620 (article), Basel (image)
