|<< Onil||Ordovic||Ornan >>|
The creature that lives in the Ancestral Altar of the Auster Folk. Ordovic is not an actual ancestor of the Auster Folk, but he has served as their voice and guide for many years. However, for the longest time, his voice had grown silent and unheard by no one. The people assumed that it was merely a sign that they were on the right path, but it was actually due to the Chronicle of Noble Steel being removed from the altar, not allowing Ordovic to have a voice.
Ordovic was, in his original world, a Starbearer who had died fighting the One King. Through some means, he was resurrected in the current world, still retaining his status as Starbearer. Once given form and voice again via the Chronicle of Noble Steel, brought by the Hero, he storms toward Chief Kashgar with the intention of setting the record straight, and fighting against the hated foe of the Auster Folk; the Order.
Ordovicís nature is of great interest to Indrik, who questions his ability to be a Starbearer in two worlds, as others like Atrie or Cougar were not in other worlds. Diiwica considers such questions blasphemous, but Ordovic himself is nonchalant. He finds himself embarrassed to be worshiped, but he doesnít mind if that is how the Auster Folk want to treat him.
Ordovic disappears soon after the Order falls. However, every so often, his voice can be heard from the Ancestral Altar in Lugenik. - Matt620
