You can only get a Fortune Rune by choosing one of 3 combinations as the first Guardian Deity model. my personal fav choice is turtle rabbit turtle rabbit (or R T R T, forgot the order/parts), which gives you both Fortune and Prosperity.

You can't...if you would look at the link you might've been able to find that out.
