The Quantity Modifier's second to last actually determines which item index the Item Digits will reference. These range from 0 to 6.
The Quantity Modifier’s last digit, which can be 0-9, changes the quantity of the item. A quantity of 0 shows there is one item, but there are no numbers associated with it; a quantity of 1 shows there is 1 use available. The quantity really only applies for consumable items.

That’s all there is to it. Remember that codes that modify your bag can overwrite many items; as the game tries to auto-sort the items when you bring up the item list, an item might fall into the slot your code modifies and get replaced. Turn off the code or save before checking your inventory to avoid this problem.
