Attention item collectors and perfectionists - this particular rune may be of interest to you. The Hunter Rune let's you go for enemy loot like you have never been before. Attached to someone's skin or weapon he'll force the enemies to drop one of their items, as long as they have anything, that is. Due to this effect the damage and aiming accuracy are drastically reduced.

This is THE rune when looking for loot. But it is obviously hard to get a Hunter Rune in the first place. During the events of Suikoden II you have to sacrifice the one-time only giveaway at Guardian Deity's to get one beyond the game's epilouge. It is rarely found in the Guild Hall's item shop in Zexen as well but remember that Chris is required for access.

In order to outwit the reduced hitting percentage, put your target to sleep first, if possible. This can be done with the Wind of Sleep magic provided by the Wind Rune. - Celes
