The Unicorn Rune usually attacks all foes in front, or better to say a line of enemies. After that the wielder of this rune will loose his balance or, in case of Suikoden 2, will be left will no defense in the next turn. Beeing a generic command rune you will find it in many shops. Both Tsai and his daughter Tomo have a Unicorn Rune attached traditionally, yet you can remove it if you like. - Celes
