Just because Moravia is full of monsters doesn't mean Kasim has a Black Rune.

I think Teo's further north of that place, probably near the borders to Jowston.

Teo McDohl probably got Dana, which could technically stretch up just about to Rokkaku (which was the true "northern problem" refered to at the start of the game) if you're really loose with your map projections.

Well, Isnt Kasim protecting the boarder? Since the city states attacks in not far away from the area. Proably they do,

Hmm, I might be wrong but I read it somewhere that Kasim took over after Teo if im not wrong. Rokkaku might lay there nort of Kasim castle. Or do you people know the perfect position of the town.
