There's some weird inconsistencies on the recruits that were dependant on another recruit, if this other recruit is missing because of permadeath or dispatch quest.
Tal:
- Not available if Keneth is either dead or sent on dispatch quest
Reinhold:
- Still recruitable even if Mitsuba is sent on dispatch quest (dialog still shows Mitsuba as well)
- Not available if Mitsuba is dead
Yu:
- Normally, there's a dialogue between Yu & Carrie when you recruit him. This dialogue is shown even if Carrie is away on a dispatch quest.
- If Carrie was dead, you don't see the Yu-Carrie dialogue, and Yu's recruitment have a shorter dialogue.
Dario/Nalleo (if Hervey/Sigurd recruited first):
- Still recruitable if Hervey/Sigurd is sent on dispatch quest
- Not available if one of Hervey/Sigurd is dead
Hervey/Sigurd (if Dario/Nalleo recruited first):
- Not available if one of Dario/Nalleo is dead or sent on a dispatch quest
I feel the weirdest part of this is how Hervey/Sigurd's recruit works differently than Dario/Nalleo.

What about Snowe - he has dialogue with Hero IV during his recruitment. WIll the dialogue also happen if Hero IV is sent on a dispatch quest?

Right, I forgot that one. For Snowe, you don't have the "To the Back Streets" option when Hero IV is sent on dispatch quest, although you can still talk to the Boy at the Gossip section about Snowe's furball patrols.Antimatzist wrote: ↑Mon Jan 15, 2024 3:22 am What about Snowe - he has dialogue with Hero IV during his recruitment.
