Ancient Armes Dynasty
Long lost in history, this nation once held the entire Southern Continent, which is now occupied by Falena, New Armes, and Nagarea. Its capital was near the center of present-day Falena, near Amdort Mountain. The kingdom held the Sun Rune, and was quite prosperous with its help.
However, one day, the Sun Rune caused the king to go completely insane, and he used it to level the entire land. Eventually the land was repopulated, and the Ancient Armes Dynasty peaks the interest of researchers. The ruins of the capital, however, lie in between Rainwall and Sol-Falena, and have been traversed by a few explorers.
Some of the more interesting speculations regarading the Ancient Armes are that the boss you fight in the throne room of the ruins (Shepcesska) is a reincarnation of the legendary king, and that Eresh and Jeane are deeply connected to the dynasty. Believe at your own risk!
