A small town on the border of Kooluk and the Scarlet Moon Empire, it would change hands often between the two nations. Largely destroyed during Graham Cray's "Noble-Hunting" incident. It was later used as an outpost for rune cannons as Kooluk collected all the remaining cannons they could find.
