Rene is a young girl who is obsessed with finding treasure. She uses divining rods to locate these treasures, and is perfectly alright with splitting what she finds, as she is more interested in actually finding the treasure then the treasure itself. She's very good with maps, and has something of a crush on Lazlo, along with Rita and Noah. She even helps make a lucky amulet for the Lazlo the night before the attack on Fort El-Eal. After the war, she goes off looking for a subterranean water channel.

While working on the Deserted Island, she finds that there are too many monsters to safely search. So she contacts the Quest Guild in Middleport for mercenaries, and Kyril responds to her ad. After his party rids the beach of monsters, she joins their group and travels throughout Kooluk with them, searching for treasure wherever they go. - Matt620
