The wife of Vaslof, Resno is a powerful woman not found far from her husband’s side in battle. In Auster Folk culture, it is not uncommon for spouses to fight side by side. Resno stands in defense of Fort Ladzaa when the Magedom attacks it, and makes short work of the Mage Forces, but the Hero manages to last long enough for the Magedom to retreat. She remains at Ladzaa, but retreats when the Porpros-kin join the war, negating the advantage of the Auster Folk.

Resno retreats to Order territory, and does not appear until Fort Arc. After Sophia turns into the Queen of Dust, and sand monsters appear in the Fortress, Resno and Vaslof help the Hero’s army get away. Because the Magedom disappeared, she could not remember Ladzaa, and wonders where she fought her first battle with the Hero. The Hero uses the Chronicle, and both Vaslof and Resno are revealed to be Starbearers.

Resno serves alongside her husband in taking Fort Arc, as the sand monsters were immune to blades and Mage Arts, but the Auster Folk could summon enough raw power to smash them. After the war ends, Resno helps her husband contribute to the rebuilding of Cynas. - Matt620
