Jess is the Vice-Mayor of Muse. After the death of Anabelle he fled Muse with 5000 soldiers thinking that it was Riou who killed her. Thus, later when he arrived to help Tinto destroy Neclord, he led his troops on his own and refused to cooperate with Riou, leading to the deaths of many soldiers. After Riou defeated Neclord, he asked for forgiveness and joined the Dunan Unification Army.
