Agelessness vs Growth

Q. Why does Luc look like he has aged even though he possesses the True Wind Rune?

A. Great power and agelessness is granted to those who possess a true rune. Therefore, that just means that they don’t age, but will continue to show growth. If you take a look at Ted, Sierra and Luc for an example, there is an individual difference regarding the degree of growth in how they look. We don’t know the details, but it seems like the person’s will or image of growth, types of runes and situation of how they first possessed the rune effect the changes. But those that have received a true rune in their primes like Joshua, Geddoe and Wyatt, it seems as though their growth stops at that exact age.
