A. Sara was from a noble origin, and there was a strong presence of their marriage being an arranged one. But, it seems as though he did feel a love for his wife. He adored Luca as much as his wife before the "incident", but he gradually distanced away from Luca once he found out Luca's hatred. When he found out that Sara was pregnant, he attempted to force her to have an abortion. But Sara strongly objected, and eventually allowed her to do what she wanted to do. But after birth, there were no instances of where he showed affection towards Jillia.
