Q. Sarah's origins?
A. Sarah was raised in a shrine located in Holy Harmonia. Her place of birth is not exactly known, but it seems like she was born in a small village that didn't even have a name. She posessed the Flowing Rune from her birth and her magical powers were enormous from the time she was very young. She was continously detested for being a "witch" from her surroundings. A Harmonian Priest who heard such rumors desired to use her for her powers and took her in a shrine in Harmonia.
Q. How did Sarah meet Luc?
A. One day Luc happened to hear from Leknaat about the one, who is referred to as a "witch" by most, living in a Harmonian shrine. He was interested in this "witch" who had the same nickname as his mentor, so he went to Crystal Valley by himself to get a glimpse of her. Luc met Sarah, who was in her childhood years at that time. Seeing that she was raised in the same environment as himself, Luc offered his hand to her and took her back to the Magician's Tower with him.
