Nah, I think it's a pretty valid discussion topic, seeing as the New Year's is coming up.

I'm on the verge of being promoted again at work anyways, so my resolution is to see that through, and maybe to get my back tattoo done (I've had 3 more since then for a grand total of 9, but I'm wary of finishing my entire back, especially on my spine) and my third resolution is to actually go on the trip to Japan I've been saving for and planning for a year now. That, and to keep my head up all the time and keep movin' on.

My third wish...
Hmm...
I guess it no harm telling you all not when you all don't know me..
OK...here goes nothing

My third wish is that, I want to be the next Singapore Idol...
I don't care i win or not but being second is nothing..
the problem is that, im 14 this year and only above 16 is allowed to join.
Im worried that in future, there will be no more Singapore Idol..
You know Singapore is a small country and they dun make SI every year.
Not to mention MY Idol id HADY MIRZA winner from singapore idol 2...
His personality is almost same as mine...he damn popular in Singapore man.
He got great voice. I wannabe like him...

Lastly...
I dunno whether i have the voice to join this competition in future...

So it's a singing contest?

Well you just gotta hpe that it's still going when your 16, stuff like that in UK has been going for ages because if it is televised it pulls in masses of viewers and generates massive revenue and occasionally creates really talented singers with a big future but good luck.

So come on people new years resolutions and ambitions huh?

My ambition? I'd like to finally nab this guy that I've liked for a while. I've been trying, but we'll see what happens.... I'm saddened that I won't be able to go to the college that I had wanted to straight outta high school, but I'd still like to bring my grades up anyway for a scholarship that I really need. It's a scholarship that would pay my entire way through the communit college here. I'd also like to get a job. I think I'd also like to learn Japanese, but I'm not sure if I'd have time.
And if I saw you dancing, I would spin you around, spin you around, turn your world upside down

Not sure about something? Check the board rules!

Then you need to post anything since you had nothing to say.

I don't believe in making resolutions just because I put up a new calendar. If I think something in my life needs changing I work to change it right away.
And currently there isn't anything I've been overly concerned about changing.

Very well said i think everyone does that but some part of making a resolution is to look back on the previous year and see what they can do to better themselves in a way.

Suppose there are some people that are generally lazy and don't do what needs doing right away lol
