after defending the castle instead of fleeing and losing a character (by storyline), Zerase says "a star has fallen". just wondering if she keeps count of how many have fallen?

its probably in the tablet of stars. name of fallen star is greyed out.

Maybe he just want to know if 2-3 stars dies, does Zerase says "2-3 stars have fallen." ?

If so then I doubt it. It was probably only in case of Roy. Did she say this in a cinematic or in a writen dialouge/momlouge?

i just went around the castle to see what ppl would say to you after the Roy thing. it's probably just for Roy.
