Yeah I've been wondering this myself. Akin to the better ending that you get in the Genso Suikoden games if you get all 108 stars, does anyone know if there is a 'better' ending to be seen for Tactics?

At the end of the game when a few groups of people stand around talking amoungst the rubble, are there additional scenes when you get more people? The only people I saw were story people who couldn't die, but I didn't recruit many others that survived. The only thing is Roget was there and isn't he an optional recruit becuase you have to talk to him in that one level? What happens if you don't recruit him, does the scene with Busk and Roget and that woman (who's name escapes me) not happen?

Well, one of the scenes includes Dario, Hervey, Nalleo, and Sigurd and all of them can die. I , too, have been wondering what happens if you let someone die and then beat the game. Perhaps they'll omit a few lines.

Ah ha! I didn't get the Dario one as I never recruited Sigurd. So they do omit and add scenes. That's very interesting. Gives it good replay value and actually a reason to keep characters alive.
