Yes, it's what we've been talking about. How far were you in New Game +? Did you have 108 stars in that paticular play through? If not you're not going to unlock the special stuff in Rhapsodia. You can't just load a new game plus in which you used to have 108 stars in the previous version but haven't gotten very far in the new game +, you have to have 108 stars in the current play through that you load (or load the "Clear Game" save that has 108 stars, as that's techincally still part of that playthrough).
