Suikoden resin kit?

Does anyone collect resin kits? If so then have you ever seen any for Suikoden? I haven't until recently, I think. Actually, I not too sure what these are but they are super cool and I really want them. They're the famous twins, Luc and Sasarai!

I have yet to discover one. I got lucky and found this sight when I was searching for pics of Sasarai on google. Aren't they awsome!? They were sold at a convention as fair as I know. Grrr. Was is all the cool stuff so hard to get. I've got a couple people helping me find out some info about them though.
