You know there is that house up in Obel, you press the button, he says something like he can't breath, but his name is ???

How can you recruit him?

I believe the one your talking about is Trishtan.

You have to go talk to him near the Inn with Yu in your party when you liberate Obel.

I also believe it is Trishtan. I am not sure though if you need to have Yu in your support to recruit him.

Also, he is an idiot, but is really strong if you level him a bit. I think you find him by the inn.
