It's a bit northwest of Obel. Don't stray too far. It's very close to Obel.

One guy that I'm having the hardest time with right now is Ugetsu. Now I know he's a rare showing at Na-Nal harbor, but I've been doing trade routes in the area for the longest time, and he's never shown up. I've been trying things with different points in the plot and not having much luck, and I'm wondering if there's a specific time he starts to show up.

Do you have to find him before you gain the help of Na-Nal? Before liberating Razril? I know it's typically before liberating Obel, but can you find him after you give back the Golden Seal? Also, do you have to actually make landfall to find him, or can you teleport to the harbor and find him there too?

I know those are a lot of questions, but I just need a bit more specific directions to finding him. I had a harder time getting the two other nay-kobolds too until I heard what exactly you needed to do to get them, and Ugetsu is really important to getting a bunch of the other characters, including the ability to netfish. Any info is greatly appreciated.

Rita must be recruited before Ugetsu can be recruited.

So how is Suikosource doing on the guide accuracy? So far I have the first 43 stars, and to advance the story I need to go to the Pirate Nest. Is this where the guide stops being accurate?

If so, the only question I have is this, are there any characters after 43 that I can't recruit after a certain point? I know there are some stars I can't get after Liberating Obel, but any other points?

mmm, in SK 4, u have to recruit

Nalkul and his friend BEFORE GIVE THE SEAL BACK TO LINO. Thats important(i had to restart a other game only for that )

TED before preparing for the last battle

and SNOWE, again before preparing for the last battle, and after liberation of obel(impossible to get into before that.)
