Scene with Carrie and Nowa's room messed up?

I've seen a few people mention they saw a scene in Nowa's room where everything is messed up and Carrie walks in, or something to that effect. I'm nearly done with a 2nd playthrough and haven't seen it. Any information on how to trigger it? People were also wondering if it's bugged, because it seemed to jump to some other scene (towards the conclusion of the story).

You get it after you use Carrie's "You've Pissed Me Off!" ability.

She teleports a bunch of furniture to attack all enemies.

Now you know where the furniture came from.

(you can keep triggering this scene as many times as you like by using the ability again after seeing it.)
