Small missing info on Galladur's recruitment. You have to win his battle in one turn.
Also, Reyna's recruitment might be bugged, where you need to beat her on two turns instead of three. This isn't written on the wiki yet as well.

Infos on the beigoma NPC win count required for Reid's recruitment, as I've posted on the other thread:

Also a bit more details for the cookoffs. The Scroll of Heaven is available to grab after the 10th cookoff (first Trey fight), but you can still continue the cookoff story and don't need to get the scroll until you've reached the 15th cookoff (second Trey fight).
If you tried to do the Trey rematch without having the scroll yet, the game just immediately goes to a quick cutscene where Trey have beaten you again, and Kurtz will give you this extra hint on the Scroll of Heaven's location.
And there's a little bug where after this cutscene, everyone else on the kitchen except for Trey disappeared.
