New Footage of Suikoden DS + Hands On play
http://www.truegameheadz.com/blogheadz/ ... s-on-play/
The video is around 5 minutes long and the size of the flv file is almost 19MB.
The battle background music sounds similar to Rhapsodia and Suikoden IV.

It looks playable. Hopefully it's better than it looks.

That is some of the most atrocious voice acting I've heard in ages.
Again, clearly aimed at 12 year olds.
This series needs to be smartened up and continued on from S3, not dumbed down and turned into a generic piece of trash.

All these videos with dubbing and still no NA release date. I'm getting antsy!
Also, off-topic, but it there an ignore feature on this board?

Ignoring me isn't going to make the problems with this game go away.

This game better be playable without the touch screen. It'd be awkward poking the screen to move your characters across the map, like that. Though, there would probably be mini-games using it.
On that note, to ignore a poster, go to their Profile and choose to mark them as a Foe. It's fun.

Yes patapi, you will be able to use the D-pad as well. Sort of like FF tactics. That demo looked sweet, I really like the background detail and character drawings.
The fact that you think Suikoden 3 was one of the high points of the series tells me your taste in video games is below par. I really don't care what you have to say about the series, why are you even here if you are just gunna be negative about the game months and months before it even comes out?Braxiatel wrote:That is some of the most atrocious voice acting I've heard in ages.

The fact that you don't says your taste is abominable.luceys wrote: The fact that you think Suikoden 3 was one of the high points of the series tells me your taste in video games is below par.

Re: New Footage of Suikoden DS + Hands On play
I highly doubt that they'd do that. I mean, are there any DS games that using the touch screen is absolutely mandatory? I wouldn't know, I don't have many DS games other than your run of the mill RPGs.patapi wrote:This game better be playable without the touch screen. Harvest Moon: Island of Happiness is like that and it's incredibly frustrating.RangerDeon wrote:I highly doubt that they'd do that.
