this is taken from the older boards, and still needs a lot of work. if you can help calculate damages and figure out a few other details, it would be great. every once in a while, the unite atk is "defended" although it doesn't say anywhere.. the enemy takes 1/2 of what it normally should take, so make sure you do a couple before calculating.

i copied and modified the unites list made by D'Fuzed (http://db.gamefaqs.com/console/ps2/file ... _combo.txt)...

* indicates the "leader" of the attack who has the "summon" animation and gets the kill points

Alma Kinan - Yumi, Yuiri (on all. Once)
Best Effort - Thomas, Cecile* (1-1.5x[?] on 1, Thomas unbalanced. 2x the regular on critical)
Child - Melville*, Alanis (on 1. Alanis unbalanced)
Clan Chief - Dupa, Lucia* (all. Once)
Condemnation - Ayame, Landis* (2x on 1, Landis asleep)
Dragon Knight A - Futch*, Sharon (on 1. Sharon unbalanced)
Fighter - Emily, Juan* (on all. Emily unbalanced. Once)
Gadget - Belle*, Gadget Z (Gadget 1x on all. Gadget HP=1. Once)
Knight A - Borus, Percival (1.5x on 1. Must be on foot)
Man - Two of the following: Wan Fu, Leo, Mua (on area. Both unbalanced)
Maximillian - Fred*, Rico (on 1. Rico unbalanced)
Mercenary A - Ace*, Joker (1/3x on area. Ace unbalanced)

Set! - Viki*, Young Viki (on area. Viki loses half her HP, that dmg is split among the targets)

Wild Roar - Fubar*, Hallec (on all. Both berserk. Once)
Wizard - Estella*, Rody (on all. Rody loses 1 lev 1 and lev 2 spell point)

- tip! Many of these unites are slow to come out, and enemies may even attack before they do. However, one trick to optimizing the wait period is to cast the Jongleur Rune’s level 3 spell, Song of Madness. Non-archers/mages will get a huge attack boost, and in the same round the unite will execute. Then the Jongleur can stop chanting the very next round but it was still effective. It’s like adding another character to the unite...

One other thing that would be useful to note is how fast each unite takes to execute, especially since the time taken doesn't change at all throughout the game.

A couple I've got:
Merc A: 4.1 ticks
Merc B: 8 ticks

Damage for Merc B is weird. I've seen it do 1.4x, 1x, and .7x. Maybe its damage can be affected by both guarding and criticalling of five different people(for instance if Geddoe criticals it'll bring up the damage, but maybe at the same attack Joker could be guarded and bring it down a bit). Thats the only thing I can think of, unless its completely random damage.

The damage for Merc Attack B has a few variations that are selected randomly.

It goes like this--

10% chance of x0.7 damage
40% chance of x1.0 damage
30% chance of x1.5 damage
15% chance of x2.0 damage
5% chance of x2.5 damage

The same is true with Merc Attack D, although you also do x0.4 of that damage to enemies in the surrounding area.

Oh yes, I don't the the English names fo the unites, so I'll just mention the character names for those I am not sure.

GadgetZ + Blight Unite - x0.8 to all enemies (fire element). x0.25 damage to other allies. MOV = 90.

Merc Attack A - x0.5 to all enemies within a small area. MOV = 50

Viki + Viki - x0.4 to all. Reduces Viki (Big)'s HP by 50%. MOV = 80

Merc Attack C - x0.6 to a small area. MOV = 95

Gadget Z + Bell - Damage to all enemies (Dmg = Gadget's MAX HP). MOV =80

Knight Attack A - x1.5 damage to one enemy. MOV = 90

Juan + Emily - x0.4 damage to all enemies. MOV = 55

Melville + Alanis - x2.0 damage to one enemy. MOV = 40

Ninja Attack - x0.5 damage to an area. MOV = 25

Alma Kinan Attack - x0.3 damage to all. MOV = 25

Dragon Knight Attack - x1.5 damage to one enemy. MOV =80

Dragon Knight Attack B - x0.5 damage to area. MOV =60

Estella + Rody - Rody MAG + Estella MAG = damage to all enemies. MOV = 70

Maximillian Attack - x2.0 damage to one enemy. MOV = 80

Landis x Ayame - x2.5 damage to one enemy. MOV = 35

Fubar + Hallec - x0.3 damage to all enemies. MOV = 60

Sgt. Joe + Shabon - x1.2 damage to enemies in area. x0.6 damage to enemies outside area. MOV = 45

Lucia + Dupa - x0.3 damage to all. MOV = 95

Thomas + Cecille - x1.5 damage to one enemy (12.5% chance for x3.0 damage). MOV = 40

Wan Fu, Leo, or Moore (either two of them) - x0.75 damage to an area. MOV = 85

Knight Attack B = x1.0 damage to one enemy (30% chance instant death). MOV = 75.

Dupa + Shiba + Bazba - x2.0 damage to one enemy. MOV = 65

Tinto Attack - x1.5 damage to one enemy. MOV = 80

Bard Attack - x0.3 damage to all enemies andcancel all status alments/bonuses on enemies/allies. MOV = 70

Beautiful Girl Attack - x0.7 damage to all enemies + 20% chance of sleep. MOV = 55

Beautiful Women Attack - x0.5 damage to all enemies + 60%chance of sleep. MOV = 60

Kenji + Joker + Juan - x0.5 damage to all enemies. MOV = 40.

Fred + Franz + Futch - x2.5 damage to one enemy. MOV = 60

Sgt. Joe + Bazba + Ruby - x2.0 damage to one enemy. MOV = 40

Daughter Attack - x2.0 damage to one enemy. MOV = 75

Bow Wow Attack - x3.0 damage to one enemy. MOV =95

thanks sooo much! you probably have so much more information i've been looking for with those japanese guides...

regular character's MOV stats don't go the way you posted the unites (yours was execution time)... for the character MOV stat, it seems that higher = faster

looks like one turn's time bar equals 100 MOV points, 10 pts = 1 tick...

How could that be? There's 8 ticks.

If there is a direct correlation between the MOV and ticks, I think its MOV/12. But I don't know if it all works that easily.
