I found a gamefaq walkthrough that has a script:
[Lepant joins the party. After defeating the Imperial
soldiers, the party heads up and comes to where Kraze is]

Kraze: You again, Hero! Thanks to you, I've been reassigned to
this miserable country town. How dare you get in the way of my
promotion! And now you're getting in the way of my pleasure!

[Lepant steps forward]

Lepant: You're disgusting! Return Eileen immediately!

I always thought it was a rape. And I didn't leave Kraze go because of that.

It's obviously implied rape. Anyone who doesn't think so should smack himself in the face before trying to figure out what else could it be.

Yes you're right however I don't think he actually raped her, simply because she wasn’t traumatized after the event.

I just want to make that clear that's all.

it could be because Lepant got there in time like (I believe) that Eileen had been waiting for. It's normal when in a state of helplessness for someone wishing that someone close to you rescues you.

In Suiko1 Pahn executed Kraze....but why wasnt Lepant the one who executed Kraze if Kraze wanted to rape his wife? Anyone, Correct me if im wrong.. did Lepant say anything b4 the actuall exection or b4 Tir's decision? Its been a long time since i finished Suiko1 so my memory is kinda blurry
...the only way to remove a warrior's bloodlust is to give his own blood in the battlefield....

I don't think so, I think Pahn was just as angry and disgusted as Lepant, so he got to do the honours.

When Giovanni tell Lepant that Kraze has Eileen in captive. He rushes to Kraze's house and you follow. This the scene after you get the sword Kirinji and he demands it back.

It was also a form of atonement.

1) For what he did to McDohl
2) For allowing Kraze get as far as he did with Eileen.
