Quotes From Clive's Quest

I never got to finish the Clive's Quest (I was late when I got the letter) and I never did pay attention to the exchange between the Elza and Clive. Suikosource only has the quote to the final battle but that's it.
Does anybody have detailed quotes to every stop Clive made?

As for the reason I'm doing this, it's because of a fanfiction that I'm writing. I stopped when I realized that I didn't have the exact quotes. I don't want to be flamed for that.
