So in the June 1997 issue of the official N64 magazine, there was an article on Japanese publishers.

It also included Konami and in the last sentence talks about upcoming games to be excited about ... and it mentions a N64 port of Suikoden.
Now it is completely unclear if this was wishful thinking of the writer or actually communicated from a Konami executive, but the idea's interesting. Some of the other games they mentioned never got a N64 release (Twin Bee, Parodius) and both Contra 64 and Gradius 64 were cancelled in development.
Has anyone ever heard about that from the time? It certainly never came up. Maybe one can ask Murayama on the discord channel.
Suikoden for N64?

Re: Suikoden for N64?
I've never heard of anything like it and that article is very unclear if you should actually expect those announcements or just something to hope for. I mean, the N64 should be able to handle it at least.
