As for the comparison, I don't agree with it though.
Loki likes mischief, he stirs things up. Yuber like chaos. He's there to fight war and searches for war. Loki is also far more powerful than Yuber. Loki can shapeshift, Loki engineered the death of Baldr, when Loki was bound by the gods and had a snake placed above his head which was dropping venom, his pain caused earthquakes. Odin's horse, Sleipnir, Loki gave birth to when he was a mare. Yes, Loki is the mother of Sleipnir.
