Bit of a leap from withdrawn videos to a canned game.

Konami often act erratic, too much for me to make an educated guess, but the game being delayed is a possibility or perhaps IGN released the videos early and now Konami are attempting some rather crappy damage control.

Maybe there was too much whining about the setting and lack of runes from the fans that rather have a rehashed game than take a chance that might turn out to be an improvement?

Either way, unless they suddenly pull it from their TGS line-up there's no cause for alarm.

May be that's the reason in some way. May be this videos were his main line to the TGS and because some kind of error were released to early. And this is only a desesperate atempt of solve it.

Considering how the vids were in English, I doubt they were keeping them for TGS (considering how the Tokyo Game Show rarely has stuff in English on display when it's from a Japanese dev).

I think konami doesn't want tierkreis videos on the internet just yet. but there are still tierkries videos, they are just hiding, someone on youtube put up a video that links to a spanish site that has the tierkreis videos.
