Best place to level up?

Before the last battle, where can I gain a few levels?

you can gain levels in the Ceremonial Site before the final battle. it's filled with some monsters that were encountered as trueasure bosses (Azoddess, Rock Golem, etc.)

Nah its the passges you took on the way to Yuber/Sarah and such.
Last dungeon basically.

you can leave the Cermonial Site, don't worry.

It's a good thing it's not like one big huge maze unlike L'Rounille. that was a pain to go through.

Yes you can.

I beat Sarah and Yuber and finished recruiting all 108 Stars and leveled up a bit before i went to fight the final boss.
