It gives the SPD statistic a multiplier of 1.5, which means it calculates half of your current SPD and adds it to your current SPD. For slow people, it allows them to become faster, and with already fast characters, it allows them to attack more times than usual.

So who u think is best for Galę Rune?
Stallion on ~58 lv Got over 320 SPD. He got only one free slot. Prob Fury is bether and easier but Gale shows his strong side.
