Special Character or Rune?

Is there a character or rune thats lets you get a more high chance to get a rare item of a monster when you fight it?

The Hunter Rune makes the monster drop items, but it has 5% chance to hit. The usual strategy is to sleep the monster, then hit it with the character that has Hunter Rune. This is by no means forcing the enemy to drop 'rare' item, simply the items that they can drop. So could be the 'common' items too.

There's no character that makes any difference.

Do you know which shop carries around the hunter rune? Thank you...

Edit:OKay I saw the site and it only said it can be found in one spot.. Don't make sense..I need it like right now...

The Hunter rune can be found in tree behind Gankaku's dojo, or you can get one from guardian deity.

but you gotta remember you can't get it until after you beat the beast rune which is pretty worthless at that point.

Of course it is... I mostly need it right now because I am about to get my trader for my castle and I need Urns! I need stuff that gets me to 50,000...

But you can get one from guardian deity, witch is very usefull. So, after you recruit Jude, give him these plans:
Unicorn, Turtle, Turtle, Unicorn
Unicorn, Unicorn, Turtle, Unicorn.
