Fishing Data Request

I've been trying to nail down what the sale rate for fish when you catch them with Yam Koo. If anyone happens to be playing the game, could you kindly jot down how much you get for fish you sell and what their type/weight is? It would be greatly appreciated. I'm especially interested in the smallest weight possible per fish.

From what I've gathered so far in my current playthrough, it seems like there is a base price for the smallest possible fish of each type and the prince increases incrementally after. I will fish again a few times as I go through the game and get more samples, but help would be great!

What I have so far...
Whitefish - 1.35 - $140
Whitefish - 1.4 - $160
Whitefish - 1.45 - $180
Whitefish - 1.5 - $200
(+20 potch for each .05 in weight - pretty straightforward)

Shellfish - 2.15 - $348
Shellfish - 2.65 - $498 ($150 difference for .5 weight)
Shellfish - 3.15 - $642 ($144 for .5 weight)
Shellfish - 3.25 - $672 ($30 for .1 weight)
(+15 potch for each .05 in weight, with some slight variance?)

Shrimp - 1.9 - $1,080
Shrimp - 2 - $1,200 ($120 difference for .1 weight)
Shrimp - 2.25 - $1,500 ($300 difference for .25 weight)
(+60 for each .05 in weight)

Salmon - 7.2 - $4,230
Salmon - 7.5 - $4,500 ($270 difference for .3 in weight)
Salmon - 7.7 - $4,680 ($180 difference for .2 in weight)
Salmon - 8.4 - $5,310 ($630 difference for .7 in weight)
(+45 for each .05 in weight)

Squid - 1.9 - $45
Squid - 1.95 - $48 ($3 difference for .05 in weight)
Squid - 2 - $50 ($2 difference for .05 in weight)
Squid - 2.15 - $57 ($7 for .15 in weight)
Squid - 2.2 - $60 ($3 for .05 in weight)
(looks like +2.5 for each .05 in weight)

I had a tremendous stroke of good luck with catches and only got the following "others"
Blowfish - 3.75 - $810
Stonefish - 3.6 - $315
No boots

If anyone who is great at math can see any deeper pattern besides the obvious one (that would account for the Shellfish variance), please share.
