Wow, I have never had such rotten luck with Rare finds

I have played this game more times than I can count, and yet in the years I've played this game, I've never had such rotten luck with rare finds. I'm collecting fury runes at muse (supposed to be looking for Highland supplies) and I can't get them to show up at all. The list is changing - I'll find nothing, nothing, water rune, nothing, 3 water runes, etc - but fury runes never show up. I've spent over two hours testing this, out of stubbornness at this point, just to see how long it would take to get a fury one to show up. I don't get it at all. I've heard whispers that some rare finds stop showing up at story points, but I thought that mere myth of people with bad luck. I'm not so sure anymore. I'm partly hoping my posting this will result in a 'oh sure, NOW I get one' scenario, as really, this is insane.
