Who combined Rune Slots guide with initial equipment?

I wondered why our suikoden II rune slot guide was nowhere to be found, never thought that the initial equipment had something else added to it.
Anyone else thinks this is actually a bad idea to simply merge them together?

Well, somebody did that with the Initial Equipment Guide in other Suikoden games. Rune Slots still need to be included in the Initial Equipment Guide, since they are still part of the characters' equipment.

Oh When I want to visit the forum, I always go straight to the index page. Even if I do go to that place, I usually don't read it. I usually check the gameplay guides or walkthrough
