Yeah, the no saving issue doesn't make the game harder, but with Flufflez added ideas, it might be fun.

Woo,it's actually really hard. I can still get game over sometimes especially when you're under time constraint like that

You mean, you're not even allowed to savestate on an emulator? I mean, it doesn't actually count as a Memcard save, right?
It's not all about knowledge, but it helps.

Suggest a new challenge for this game

Like, kill every kill-able character, never upgrade equipment, money only used for sharpening weapons and staying at inn

Make it realistic, though

What about only using squirrels int he game together with Riou? So you use only Riou and Mukumuku until you get the other squirrels and try to beat the game with this. I think it would be quite funny to slay the ebast rune with squirrels. I guess history books wouldn't cover this topic :D

I know, some of them are impossible to do if combined together. You can't do all twelve. There's also too many compiled together. I can't possibly remember all of them

Twelve suggests to use items(no spell casting), while seven suggests to equip nothing on accessory slot

This guy creates the riou-only challenge faq, just let the squirrels die and play solo

Riou-only becomes wayyy too easy once you manage to do the Kindness Rune trick on him. xD

Kindness Rune glitch doesn't work on Riou since his Kindness value cannot decrease.
