? It's censorship by Konami of America, I think it is worth mentioning. At least I never knew about this and find it fascinating to learn something new about a game that was released 17 years ago.

Btw, we Europeans had to take the US version, as well.
Btw2: Heard today that the European version of the latest Fire Emblem game was censored, too, at least one dialogue, which is pretty surprising. Normally, the people of America doesn't like talking about boobies.

I think it's interesting to know what things get censored/edited in video games and movies and such, and learn things I didn't know about before, even if it's a tiny detail. Since this is a site dedicated to the franchise, I think even the smallest details are well worth mentioning.

I wouldn't be surprised if suikoden 5 originally had red blood gushing out of Lyon's wound when she gets stabbed by Dolph, instead of that white sparkly effect.
