Getting Victor and Filk out of party during the last dungeon

I've beat Suikoden a couple of times with my party changing to level up more characters. Is there any way that you can remove Victor and Filk from your party. I don't care if its a glitch or anything since I'm using a digital copy.

you can absolutely use party modifier codes to replace them, but when you get to a plot event where they need to talk, the game would likely crash.
