Help with Pesmerga..

in the first one hes at neclords castle. That means you go back to Lorame (or something like that). And if you have a certain amount of people recruited (sorry cant remember if it was level 4 or level 3 that it requires) you'll find him in the organ room where you found Neclord the first time.

I waited until i was at a level 4 castle then talked to Viki and transported to Neclords Castle. He is in the room where you fought Neclord.
