Rubi recruitment requirement (Kirkis' level)

hello, i got this in my email.. can anyone verify this?

I've noticed that you have listed the requirement for recruiting Rubi (number 43) as "Speak to him in the Inn at Kobold Village with Kirkis in your party. Kirkis must be at least Level 40." However, this requirement is incorrect, every single time I've played I have recruited Rubi when Kirkis was level 35.

Pretty sure I've tried with Kirkis below 40 and it not working.

Sounds like a very buggy game... or a dirty liar.

And I believe it's the responsibility of the e-mail sender to prove his own claims if he's looking for some recognition... perhaps with a video on Youtube?

I believe 40 is correct, but I'm not 100% sure.

Okay, I just tried this using the saves on here and it's possible to recruit Rubi with a level 37 Kirkis so it's possible that 35 is indeed correct.

Added Ted and Odessa as non SoD and fixed some minor errors in the list along.

I've been lurking here for ages, never took the time out to register, been playing since I bought Suikoden I and Suikoden II off store shelves at release. Not the one who emailed, but I just started the series over again on Friday for a new replay of the series(Someone stole my PS2 and memory cards, had to get new ones.) At Dragon Knight's Fortress now(And Mirages won't drop a second Speed Ring for me), so I can't go back and confirm it with a picture or anything, but I leveled Kirkis up to 35 around/in Kalekka and went back to Rubi and recruited right after I hit it.

Thanks for testing this out as well. I'm surprised there are still some things unknown for this game
