Darkness Rune (Saturn)

Does anyone know whether the darkness rune in the saturn version of S1 has same magic attacks as in suikoden 2?
I will establish one mighty nation in this land. A single, powerful nation, born of force and wielding force. That is the one and only way of freeing this land from war.

It jives more with the Soul Eater.

LV1 - Finger of Death
LV2 - Stealer of Souls
LV3 - Black Shadow
LV4 - Hell

Only new being Stealer of Souls which did damage but unlike Suikoden II doesn't heal the caster if I remember correctly.
