There are no news for a new Suikoden, so a 2013 release would be unlikely (even if there was one in production)

Although, when Suikoden V was released we had no idea about that until TGS and then it was released only 6 months later... Not that I think there's one in production but I'm just saying...

The same with the new PSP Suikoden and iirc Tierkreis was shown in Famitsu shortly before TGS (or shortly after). That's definitely the hottest time for Suikoden news.
