Why have I only discovered this now? I love your story Nikisaur! It's cute. =) ^_^ Keep on writing.

Ive just read chapters 3 to 5 after comming back from a dire, fly bitten holiday (never stay on a farm its a bad idea). The story is heating up. Im liking the action scenes and the detailed process of fixing runes, kind of like having a tatoo done, i never really thought about what it would be like having a rune attacted before.

It makes me wonder though (as im guessing that they will flee to Greenhill, maybe?) why Riou and Nanami didnt flee in Greenhills direction when Muse is invaded? Infact i've never tried it, i wonder what excuse the border guards give you at this part of the game...

Thanks guys! I'll definitely be writing more, and updating soon. I'm on a short holiday myself, just a weekend away for a concert (which was AWESOME btw) and hopefully I can get something written when I get back :) Really glad you guys are enjoying it!

I'm not sure if Suikosource is still interested, but it's been a year since I've posted in this thread. This fanfic is still alive, and up to Chapter 8! Comments and critique welcome! I'd write more if I knew people were reading it :3

You got a really nice style going. I for one would love to read more, I'm pretty sure others feel the same.

Awesome! I have the majority of the plot planned out. I just need to get through to the more interesting scenes and characters.

If anyone else is reading this fic, please leave a comment to let me know :D

I also begun a three part fic starring the lovely Miakis.

Now I haven't read your story, and I'm sure you've thought of this... but isn't 'accidental star' ironic? As they're fated?

Yup, exactly. It's a line from one of my favourite songs too. But I thought it fitted the plot.

Basically my character gets caught up in the war accidentally, and although she might not be a Star of Destiny, she's one of the many characters we never see but play an important role in the castle. It's a kind of 'behind the scenes' of Suikoden 2, as 108 does not win a war on its own :)

The Redcoats got you guys too, huh? Do you ever get entertainment items like this in special British versions, other than stuff that originated in Britain, or is it mostly all American-style? And does it bother you? I'd imagine if my video games or movie subtitles read, 'The doctour will see you now, mate,' it would get a little irritating after awhile.

Huh? I live in a British colony soooo... not sure what you're asking >.<

I actually have no idea. PAL territory covers Europe/UK and the Pacific, but I don't know if they actually convert spellings. I should pay more attention :O

I've played PAL and NTSC of several different games and I can safely say that for most of them, they do not get altered.

It's such a minor thing, I barely notice it, being so used to reading both spellings.
