I was debating where to post this, but seeing as I'm not actually posting any fanworks I assumed this would be the best place. (: I hope this allowed!

On livejournal, there is a community called marksofstars that is hosting a Suikoden fanwork fest of sorts. The basic idea is to have someone post a new piece of Suikoden fanwork every day for 108 consecutive days. Each participant can claim up to 9 days if they so desire. Here are a few links:

I'm not affiliated with the community but I am a participant in the fest, and I would love for it to be a success! I really appreciate what the mod of the community is doing, because the Suikoden fandom is very small and quiet (particularly these days), and any activity that could generate new interest/revive the old fanbase is fabulous in my opinion. You have to be a member of livejournal to participate in the event, but signing up for lj is very straightforward and easy. And pretty much all types of fanworks are accepted (graphics, AMVs, scanlations, in-depth essays/discussions, etc. etc.) so even if you're not a writer or artist you can still take part.

Anyways, I don't know if anyone here might be interested, but I thought I might as well post something. The more people that get involved the better!
