Best indie game I've ever played, but the creator of the game asks you not to see this as a game, a movie, or a book, but to consider whether the manner in which the story is told makes it an effective form of storytelling.

I liked it so much I considered working on a Japanese fan translation(probably to lazy to go through with it though), but just the fact that the thought crossed my mind shows the game's quality.

Short game--less than 5 hours; but it's one that makes an impression so strong it'll stay with you for years to come.

Yes, I'd mentioned it in games that make you cry thread. It is amazing and wonderful plot and I did indeed find it heart wrenching. Unfortunately the couple of sections where they try to force gameplay on you (I'm looking at you zombie dodging!) really fall flat. But, the plot and overall themes are remarkable. It's only $12. I recommend anyone who cares about a good story pick it up.
