Check out http://faqs.ign.com/articles/971/971964p1.html written by mogg18. It lists pretty much every quest, provides a way to complete it (even though the writer seems to think you HAVE to use a particular character.... you can send almost anyone for quests mogg18 says to put Luvais on), and also shows lists most Mark of the Star skill as well as the characters that learn it and which Chronicle provides it for the character!

*The Mark of the Stars list is missing physical attacks..... so it's very much incomplete
