The link works for me (and still does), but I guess I'll reupload it to another host for everyone.
This one should work.

This is pretty much half-news, but it does include an interview with a staffer on the game (in English).

I guess there isn't much more that needs to be said. It took all of one announcement for any Suikoden fan to figure out that this game is trying to get new players into the fandom. Whether this will affect the rest of the series remains to be seen, though.

Suikoden Tierkreis has been rated by the ESRB. There's a synopsis with very (very) mild spoilers to the events of the game without being too specific.

In case you need the rating info sans spoilers, here's the N4G article.

Again, Famitsu's online update to match their printed pages and then some.
http://www.famitsu.com/game/coming/1219907_1407.html

Additional highlights:
  • Introduction of Zenoa (ZENOA), who appears to know a bit more in detail regarding the Mark of the Stars. Reminds you of Zerase, no?
  • I'm probably the only one who is disturbed that some terrains surrounding the HQ actually become submerged as it grow... a reverse of Suikoden V's Ceras Lake Castle, huh.
  • And, of course, there's Atori again...

1Up Interview
http://www.1up.com/do/previewPage?cId=3171794
Hate to admit it, but a lot of the fears Brataxiel has about Tierkreis' influence on the franchise might come true, if the tone of this interview is interpreted that way.

Famitsu Score (34/40)

A few days late, sorry. But IGN has new hands-on preview of the English release.

ONE
http://ds.ign.com/articles/937/937322p1.html

They've also put up 5 new videos to accompany the preview. Take caution though, as they show SERIOUS PLOT SPOILERS. http://media.ds.ign.com/media/142/14275824/vids_1.html

That aside, a couple of spoiler-free observations from yours truly.

- Apparently Unite Attacks can be executed with other party members who are not in the battle. Intriguing.
- The previously revealed Magic Empire is known in English as "Magedom". I like the sound of it.

TWO
By the way, since it has yet to be mentioned here, the Release Countdown images make a return since 12/1, if anyone is interested in those. Only 4 days left, but whatever. http://www.konami.jp/gs/game/genso/tierkreis/

p.s. If you don't mind the non-English navigation, there's plenty of updates on the official site that you check out. The System pages are relatively spoiler-free, and considering the abundance of last-minute info being revealed there, I think it'd be best if you'd check them out for yourselves. (That, and I'm considering avoiding further spoilers myself... FWIW)

THREE
Music video for "Tears in the Sky". This is the full single version. The CD should be out on 12/17.

New TV commercials, now available for viewing from the official site.

Featuring the various bonuses that you'd get if you are purchasing Gensou Suikoden Tierkreis from the various Japanese retailers and online shops...

An introduction to the special Drama CD that they are releasing alongside the game.

Interestingly, here they introduce the newest Tierkreis nation yet, one Kingdom of "Austrasia" (ASUTORASIA).

First day sales for Genso Suikoden Tierkreis are out: 40,000.
http://ameblo.jp/sinobi/entry-10180223526.html
Translated: http://pspupdates.qj.net/Dissidia-sells ... aid/127466

The closest lower-selling contender is Fable 2 at 30,000 sales. Considering how Dissidia: Final Fantasy and Tales of Hearts came out on the same day, you can say this is still a win in terms of sales.
